Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and present a welcoming first impression
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Route parents' inquiries/triage calls to nurses with patient charts
• Schedule all patient appointments (new and follow-up)
• Obtain and update patient demographics and insurance information
• Verify patients' insurance benefits on visits
• Maintain front desk and waiting area cleanliness and organization
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed
