Job summary

Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk Specialist to welcome families and keep our front office running smoothly.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, process payments, maintain records, and assist therapists with administrative tasks while ensuring a warm, organized, and child-friendly environment. This role is weekday-focused with occasional weekend shifts, roughly 10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
• Receptionist/administrative experience preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in families and visitors with a warm, positive attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Respond to questions regarding programs, services, birthday parties, camps, and events.
• Make outbound calls regarding birthday party inquiries and other customer follow-up.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist therapists and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep the lobby and building clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Help ensure efficient daily operations by completing various office and administrative duties.
