The Pass Pediatric Dental Group in Beaumont, CA is seeking a friendly Front Office team member to be the welcoming face of our practice. You will help create a positive, stress-free experience for our young patients and their families from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities include greeting and checking in families, scheduling, handling calls, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow all day.

Qualifications

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Practice Web, Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims accurately.
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and balances.
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
