Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to set a welcoming tone for a pediatric dental practice in Fontana, CA. The role supports efficient patient flow, scheduling, and billing in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates love working with kids, have strong customer service and communication skills, and can work two Saturdays per month. Training on Dentrix Ascend is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Positive, upbeat personality and ability to multitask.
• Must love working with children and be able to work two Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and set a friendly tone.
• Schedule and adjust appointments; manage cancellations.
• Assist patients with forms while HIPAA compliant.
• Prepare charts and daily schedules for staff.
• Update patient records and document treatments.
• Handle insurance communications and payments.
• Answer phones, photocopy, file, and fax as needed.
