Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments via phone or electronic correspondence and manage day-to-day edits and reschedules.
• Answer majority of incoming phone calls and route information accordingly.
• Educate patients on overview, financial responsibility and payment expectations.
• Create and maintain patient records and update demographics as needed.
• Travel between Grand Junction and Fruita locations.
