Primary Care Partners in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a friendly Front Office associate for Western Colorado Pediatrics. This position is responsible for greeting patients on the phone and through electronic correspondence. They will meet patient needs regarding scheduling and updating patient information all while providing the best customer service possible. This position will require travel between Grand Junction and Fruita locations.
One - three years experience in office setting; familiarity with general office procedures.
High School Diploma
The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized and detail oriented. They will provide excellent customer service, have good phone skills and a pleasant phone voice. Must have strong computer skills, be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment all while being able to perform well under pressure. We are looking for someone that can remain calm and effectively handle difficult situations. This position requires you to work independently, apply good judgement and be able to recognize, interpret and evaluate situations and their level of urgency.
This position works primarily seated at a desk in a well-lighted, ventilated area. Significant phone work, some walking around office with some light lifting. Travel required.
This is a full-time position at 40 hours a week. Works primarily Monday through Friday rotations of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour lunch. Expected hours of work may change at any time with or without notice.
