• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, mobility, and transfers.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other data in EMR.
• Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Assist with rounds and communicate patient/family needs promptly to RN.
• Maintain skin integrity and manage patient supplies and equipment.
• Perform tasks related to transport and positioning with proper technique.
