Mercy is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our team in Springfield. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. You may float to Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics and NICU as needed.

Shifts are 7a-7p or 7p-7a full‑time, with weekend and holiday rotation. We require graduates from accredited RN programs and active Missouri RN licensure, plus BLS.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist and squat.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Float to Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics and NICU as needed.
• Rotate weekends and holidays; dayshift or nightshift.
