Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to join our night-shift team in Missouri. You will float to Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics, and NICU, providing patient-centered care using the nursing process and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

The role is full-time, night shift from 7pm to 7am with weekend/holiday rotations. New graduates are not eligible. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a caring, collaborative health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• Position requires lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking, and flexibility in duties.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
