Valley Children’s Healthcare seeks a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to perform routine echocardiographic and congenital procedures, including assisting in transesophageal, epicardial and intracardiac echocardiography in outpatient, inpatient, cath lab and operative environments.

You will generate draft reports and work under the Lead Cardiac Sonographer and medical directors, participating in on-call and outreach activities. ARDMS/CCI or equivalent certifications required within 18 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accredited Echocardiography/Ultrasound or equivalent required.
• Equivalent if no accredited program or 2-year degree; ARDMS/CCI sufficiency within stated timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine echocardiographic and congenital procedures with competency in various clinical settings (outpatient, inpatient, cath lab, operative).
• Assist in transesophageal, epicardial and intracardiac echocardiography procedures.
• Generate and prepare draft echocardiogram reports using archiving/reporting software.
