Job summary

The candidate will assist in various echocardiographic procedures and act as a key resource for the cardiology department. Important qualifications include relevant educational credentials and certifications in basic life support and echocardiography.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of congenital & pediatric echocardiography experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in required skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine congenital fetal and pediatric echocardiographic procedures.
• Assist in transesophageal and intracardiac echocardiographic procedures.
• Generate and prepare echocardiogram reports using the designated software.

Skills

Knowledge of cardiac embryology

Demonstrated proficiency in congenital & pediatric echocardiography

Bilingual skills

Education

College Degree – 2-year Accredited Echocardiography/Ultrasonography

High School Diploma/G.E.D. and Equivalent Experience
