Valley Children's Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to perform routine echocardiographic and congenital procedures in outpatient, inpatient, cath lab, and operative settings. You will assist with advanced echo modalities and prepare reports under supervision.

The role includes on-call rotations and outreach clinic participation, plus EKGs and monitoring duties as needed. ARDMS/CCI certification or equivalent is required within specified timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or accredited program required.
• High school diploma with equivalent experience sufficient for ARDMS/CCI certification within 18 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography preferred.
• Certification within stated timelines is required.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine echocardiographic and congenital procedures accurately and safely.
• Assist in transesophageal, epicardial and intracardiac echocardiographic procedures.
• Prepare a draft echocardiogram report using archiving/reporting software.
• Serve as a department resource to Cardiologist and service-line as required.
• participate in on-call rotations and Outreach Clinic involvement.
• Perform EKGs, Holter and multi-event monitoring as needed.

Cardiac embryology knowledge

Associates degree accredited Echocardiography/Ultrasonography

Program Accredited Echocardiography/Ultrasonography Training

High School Diploma

Equivalent experience with ARDMS/CCI certification
