Job summary

The University of Utah, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking an Education Manager for Programs to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Pediatric Education Enterprise. You will supervise staff, coordinate curricula, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

This role partners with division fellowship directors, the GME Office, Primary Children's Hospital, and trainees to support educational programs and initiatives; applicants should have strong leadership and process‑improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area; 4–6 years of progressive management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to supervise staff.
• Experience in academic medical center education programs preferred.
• Ability to ensure compliance with policies and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations and records.
• Support program director and housestaff; coordinate meetings.
• Coordinate and proctor annual specialty in‑service examination.
• Maintain MedHub records and input schedules.
• Assist with contracts, PLA, and GME compliance.
