Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric feeding therapy in home visits or day-time facilities. You will deliver skilled services to ages 0-21, up to 2+ visits per week, following physician orders and evidence-based protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, has CCC-SLP, Texas licensure, and pediatric experience with feeding. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP Clinical Fellowship year completion.
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
• Experience in pediatrics is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Feeding experience is required.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21, 2+ times per week.
• Define the degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, and related impairments using appropriate tests.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals and instruct team in therapy modalities.
• Plan and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows or SLPA if you have 3+ years of experience.
