Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric services in home health and daytime facilities. The role supports 0–21 year olds, with at least two visits weekly as prescribed by physicians.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating speech, language, voice, feeding, and related disorders, interpreting tests, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to set patient goals. Spanish bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University.
• Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC-SLP
• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas
• Experience in pediatrics required
• Home health experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21 years, 2+ times per week
• Define degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairments
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals for each patient
• Plan for and modify care to meet therapy goals
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLPA if 3+ years of experience
