Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Feeding Speech-Language Pathologist to serve families in the Plano area as part of our DFW division. The role involves home-based delivery of speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients, with duties including evaluations, treatment plans, and collaboration with caregivers and other providers.

The ideal candidate holds a current Texas SLP license and brings reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• Pediatric speech-language pathology experience preferred.
• Home-health experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care across providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly patient visit targets and complete chart updates.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws.
