Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Emergency Department in Worcester, MA. The position offers a 4- mixed shift pattern with 8-hour blocks and a base hourly pay of $52.50–$57.50, contingent on schedule and experience.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN unless ACLS is current.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process from Admission to Discharge for pediatric patients.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Administers medications and assists with procedures and tests.
• Participates in quality improvement and nursing governance activities.
