Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of nursing experience including pediatrics, and demonstrated leadership in clinical settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required for nursing leadership role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a comparable setting.
  • At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience required.
  • At least 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, educator, preceptor).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate nursing care and services for patients and families by telephonic, electronic, in person, and/or mail.
  • Consult with physicians and other providers to resolve health concerns.
  • Lead the patient care delivery team for the specified patient population.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care to ensure continuity of care.
  • Promote safety, effective communication, and high-quality patient outcomes.
