• Lead the patient care delivery team for a specified population.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care; ensure continuity of care.
• Identify, define and report Nurse Sensitive Indicators (NSIs).
• Integrate evidence-based practice and research into care.
• Assist physicians and other providers to maintain cost-effective, quality outcomes.
