• 2 years Nursing experience (Required)
• 1 year Recent pediatric experience in a comparable setting (Required)
• Registered Nurse license (District of Columbia)
• Complete hospital and nursing orientation at CNMC

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the patient care delivery team on a shift.
• Plan, manage and evaluate unit-based clinical care to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff and clinical teams.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
