Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team in Woburn, MA. You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers, partnering with families to support development and IFSP goals.

Current MA licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or CF eligibility required, along with ASHA CCC. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or CF eligible.
• ASHA CCC certification is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide child and family centered services birth to three in home and community settings.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with families and caregivers.
• Document progress notes and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
