Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers (0-3) and their families. You will partner with families to develop individualized goals and deliver developmentally appropriate therapy.

The role requires MA licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC, and strong communication skills; 20 hours minimum per week, flexible scheduling, and professional support through supervision

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required or soonest achievable.
• Experience in Early Intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services to infants and toddlers 0–3 in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with families to develop IFSP goals and strategies.
• Complete progress notes, reports, assessments and correspondence.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate speech-language activities.
• Assess family and child needs and coordinate services as needed.
• Act as service coordinator and support families through intervention planning.
