Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC or CF eligible.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services using parent coaching for birth to three.
• Provide service coordination: scheduling, developing, implementing, and monitoring IFSPs.
• Partner with families to identify goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Facilitate parent-child interactions to support development.
• Complete progress notes, reports, and correspondence in Thom system.
• Deliver individual and group intervention for infants/toddlers with delays.
