Thom Child & Family Services in Springfield, MA seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention for infants and toddlers. You will partner with families to tailor services grounded in evidence-based practice, prioritizing culture and family values.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC or CF eligible.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Ability to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services in birth to three settings with parent coaching.
• Provide service coordination by scheduling and monitoring the intervention plan.
• Develop IFSP goals with families and support child development.
• Complete progress notes and reports using the Thom system.
• Deliver individual and group interventions for infants and toddlers.
