People Incorporated is seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Massachusetts. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with no holidays or weekends, delivering therapy in homes and community settings to children birth to 3 and supporting families to promote development.

Licensed SLP in Massachusetts is required. Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication is preferred, and a passion for pediatric early intervention is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts.
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred.
• Passion for pediatric early intervention.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy & assessments in homes & community settings
• Collaborate in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
• Support families with advocacy, referrals & guidance
• Supervise and mentor students & assistants
• Grow professionally with certification & ongoing training
