Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of hospital or doctor’s office experience.
• Unit Support Coordinator experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Proficient in PC, Internet and email.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental operations with effective and timely communications, keep environment clean and safe, maintain data and records, and perform clerical tasks as directed.
• Process physician orders, handle communications and other general duties.
