Job summary

Advocate Health in Greensboro, NC seeks a pediatric echocardiography technologist to perform pediatric echocardiograms in inpatient and outpatient settings using multiple systems. Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school in an accredited sonography program.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification and pediatric registry status within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric echocardiograms in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Use multiple echocardiography systems and adapt exams to patient needs.
• Recognize cardiac structures and differentiate artifacts from true findings.
• Perform emergency exams in various department settings including ICU and OR.
• Ensure accurate reporting and billing with appropriate documentation.
