Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services Marlborough, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers birth to three. You will partner with families to tailor services to their priorities and culture, using evidence-based practices in collaboration with caregivers.

The role requires MA licensure as an SLP and ASHA CCC or CF-eligible, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• ASHA CCC or CF eligible.
• Experience with infants and toddlers birth to three is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status.
• Provide child- and family-centered services using parent coaching.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with goals and strategies.
• Complete progress notes and documentation using the Thom system.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers birth to three.
• Coordinate service delivery and timelines with families.
