Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services in Marlborough, MA seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home and community-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers birth to three and their families. You will collaborate with parents to tailor services to each child's development, using evidence-based practices and a parent coaching model.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• ASHA CCC or CF eligible is required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural is a plus.
• Experience in early intervention is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family-centered services for birth to three with parent coaching.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with families.
• Support parent–child interactions and family advocacy.
• Complete progress notes and documentation in Thom electronic system.
• Provide individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers with delays.
