Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Therapy services in home settings, child-care centers, and community locations.
• Educate parents/guardians and team members on physical therapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative records.
• Address family issues and coordinate services with other providers.
• Act as a service coordinator for families.
