Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with infant-toddler development is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based services across catchment area.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and groups.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate development and review of Individual Family Service Plan.
