Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is hiring for multiple early intervention roles focused on infants and toddlers with developmental delays. The position involves delivering home-based services, conducting screenings, and working within a trans-disciplinary team to support families and caregivers.

Applicants should hold a Pediatric Physical Therapist license (Massachusetts) and have strong communication skills, with preferred experience in pediatrics. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide infant-toddler development services to families.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in family work.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Deliver home-based services across the catchment area.
• Coordinate with community providers to ensure seamless services.
• Manage development, monitoring, and review of IFSP for caseload.
