Job summary

Thom Child and Family Services in Springfield, MA is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist/Clinician to provide home and community based services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.

You will partner with parents to tailor services to each child’s needs, deliver evidence-based practice, and coordinate care through IFSPs, supporting families’ priorities, cultures, and values.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and families preferred.
• Ability to engage families and coach parents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status.
• Provide child- and family-centered EI services for birth to three.
• Coordinate IFSP goals and timelines with families and care teams.
• Document progress notes and communications in the electronic system.
