Qualifications

• A high school diploma and five years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and three years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services.
• HIPAA privacy regulations and CDM financial policies compliance and documentation in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work queue to coordinate appointments and ensure up-to-date scheduling.
• Verify insurance benefits and accuracy of patient information for the week.
• Explain treatment costs and insurance coverage to patients and discuss financial responsibility.
• Document insurance verification and financial estimates accurately in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Billing Office for clarifications on insurance coverage.
• Assist with scheduling, check-out, and front desk registration processes.
• Support care coordination with clinicians and PSRs to ensure smooth patient flow.
