Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist) to join the Great Lakes Family Dental team in Saginaw, MI. The position supports pediatric patients, with access to integrated orthodontics and advanced technology, including a Solea Laser and CBCT.

The role offers flexible full-time/part-time schedules, a per diem rate of 1,000–1,200 USD, and opportunities for long-term career growth within a modern, patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients’ medical and dental records
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain high quality standards of care and professional ethics
