Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist open to treating children to join our team. This full-time opportunity offers a per diem range of $1,000–$1,200 USD and a path for long-term growth within the 42 North Dental family.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on options, develop treatment plans, review records, interpret x‑rays, and provide restorative and preventive care while upholding the highest ethics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests. Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program
