Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. You will focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry while delivering exceptional patient care within a supportive team.

This role offers a per diem compensation model of $1,000-$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, along with flexible days and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Review patient records and update as needed.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
• Uphold professionalism within the dental office.
• Pursue continuing education to stay current.
