Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley, MA practice. You will promote oral health, diagnose pediatric conditions, educate families, and build comprehensive treatment plans in a collaborative, supportive environment.

This role offers $1,000–$1,200 per diem with uncapped earnings based on collections, a flexible schedule, and access to state-of-the-art equipment within a full-service multi-specialty office near Boston.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients and families on oral health and treatment options.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and professional ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices through continuing education.
