Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. The role offers a daily per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earnings based on a percentage of collections, and requires averaging around 32 hours weekly with full-time benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism; stay current with developments through CE.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program
