42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, invites a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join Wellesley Dental Group in Wellesley, MA (just outside Boston). The role offers a per diem compensation model with uncapped earning potential based on collections, within a full-service, multi-specialty practice focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and risks.
• Maintain and update patient medical/dental records.
• Review and interpret X‑rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
