Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist, open to treating children, to join our Great Lakes Family Dental team in our Saginaw, MI office. We provide General, Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontic services, with a state‑of‑the‑art facility and comprehensive capabilities.

The role offers part‑time or full‑time schedules, a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD, and opportunities for growth within a supportive multi‑specialty practice.

Qualifications

• Dental degree (DMD or DDS) from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain high quality standards and ethics in the dental office; stay updated with new developments

Education

DMD or DDS

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Malpractice insurance
