Children's Dental FunZone seeks an Office Manager to drive daily operations, scheduling, billing, and patient flow in a pediatric setting. You’ll secure treatment plan acceptance, lead a team, and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance while delivering standout customer service.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000–$125,000 with monthly bonuses and strong growth opportunities within a supportive regional structure. Typical hours: Mon-Fri 8–5; Sat 8–2; benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Dental Office Manager (GP or Pediatrics & Ortho)
• Strong knowledge of dental billing, PPO/HMO insurance plans, and Denti-Cal
• Familiarity with electronic billing and financing options (CareCredit, HFD)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment
• Availability for some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: scheduling, billing, and patient flow
• Present and secure financial treatment plan acceptance
• Hit monthly production and collection targets; grow revenue year over year
• Develop office policies that keep things running efficiently
