Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking a Back Office Dental Assistant Supervisor to join our pediatric practice. You will oversee a team of back-office staff, maintain organized patient records, and support chairside pediatric and orthodontic procedures.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication, and knowledge of dental software and OSHA guidelines. Weekend availability, especially Saturdays, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a back-office team in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of infection control and OSHA guidelines highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back office dental assistants and oversee daily workflow.
• Provide chairside support for pediatric dentists and orthodontists as needed.
