Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments.
• Process insurance authorizations and contact parents.
• Schedule treatment appointments and recall appointments.
• Confirm treatment appointments.
• Answer calls throughout the day.
• Process no-show reports and schedule follow-ups.
• Check patients in and out and verify information on file.
• Verify insurance eligibility.
• Call patients if waiting exceeds 10 minutes.
• Schedule observation appointments and confirm them.
• Scan documents (NPP) and input into the system.
• Maintain daily sign-in sheet and attendance.
