Magic Smiles is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our pediatric dental practice in El Dorado Hills. This role can be part-time or full-time, offering a friendly, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on welcoming families and maintaining smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental front desk experience, excellent communication, and familiarity with dental software. A pre-employment drug screen is required to join our safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience in a dental office.
• Clear, warm, and highly professional communication.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software and insurance verification workflows.
• Pre-employment drug screen required (safety-sensitive role).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist families as they enter the practice.
• Handle multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Assist with dental billing questions and patient records management.
