Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is hiring a part-time Patient Service Coordinator (Dental Office Front Desk) to join our on-site Nashville team. You will greet families, register patients, manage the daily schedule, and provide essential forms and information.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume medical/dental office, strong communication and computer skills, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members.
• Manage appointments and daily schedule.
• Provide patients and families with appropriate forms and informational documents.
• Escalate issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties.
