Medical City Dallas, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our OR team. You will scrub in, prepare the suite, handle instruments, and assist during procedures alongside a highly skilled team in a state‑of‑the‑art environment.

The role requires CST or military training in Surgical Technology, BCLS within 30 days, and CVOR experience with both pediatric and adult cases. We offer comprehensive benefits and education support.

Formación

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current CST or equivalent training in Surgical Technology (Army/Navy/Air Force/Marine/Coast Guard).
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross BCLS provider.
• 2+ years of Cardiovascular experience in the role.
• Pedi or Adult CVOR experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up and maintaining the surgical suite with instruments, supplies and advanced equipment.
• Assisting with patient transport, positioning, prepping and draping.
• Scrubbing in and partnering with the surgical team by providing instruments and handling specimens.
• Monitoring patients and surgical equipment during procedures.
• Upholding sterile technique and supporting a high‑performing team.
