Job summary

Medical City Dallas is actively seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our surgical services team. You will set up the surgical suite, scrub in for procedures, and assist the team with instrumentation and patient care in a state‑of‑the‑art environment.

Qualified candidates have an accredited Surgical Technologist program, CST or equivalent certification, BCLS/ACLS, and 2+ years CVOR experience. You will work within a collaborative, safety‑driven culture that emphasizes education and career

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current BCLS/ACLS provider.
• 2+ years of Cardiovascular experience in the CVOR.
• Current CST or equivalent surgical technology training (US Army/Navy/Air Force/Marine Corps/Coast Guard acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments and advanced equipment.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping.
• Scrub in and provide instruments, handle specimens, anticipate team needs.
• Monitor patients and equipment during procedures and respond promptly to concerns.
• Uphold sterile technique and support a high‑performing team.
