Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Current CST or completion of a Surgical Technology training program in the US military.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BCLS provider.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular experience in the role.
• Pediatric or Adult CVOR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while prioritizing comfort and safety.
• Scrub in and pass instruments, handle specimens, and anticipate the team’s needs.
• Monitor patients and equipment throughout procedures and respond to concerns promptly.
• Uphold sterile technique and support efficient room turnover with a collaborative team.
