Qualifications

• ADN required.
• BSN preferred for hires after Sept 1, 2013; must complete degree within 5 years if not BSN.
• MO/KS RN license required upon hire; RN Compact license for all states besides KS/MO required upon hire.
• Life Support Certifications required upon Hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high quality nursing care for patients undergoing Level 0–6 surgical procedures.
• Meet educational and informational needs of patient and family; advocate for their needs.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, family-centered perioperative environment.
• Utilize current research to expand knowledge and improve nursing care quality.
